Proposal for Devolution to include post-Brexit “CAP”

As the Devolution proposal for Suffolk & Norfolk moves forward to possible adoption later this autumn, Suffolk Greens have asked if control of post Brexit agricultural support payments, promised to replace the Common Agricultural policy (CAP), can be devolved to the two counties.
